Welcome to Lens & Lines. By accessing www.lensandlines.com and purchasing our fine art prints, you agree to the following terms:

All imagery found on this site—categorized under Flora, Fauna, Forma, and Vista—is the exclusive intellectual property of Philip J. Guettler.

Protection: These images are protected by United States and international copyright laws.
Usage: Purchase of a physical print grants the buyer the right to display the art for personal or professional use. It does not transfer copyright, reproduction rights, or the right to digitize or resell the image in any form.

Every print is created specifically for the customer upon purchase.

Color Accuracy: Because screen calibrations vary, we cannot guarantee an 100% identical color match between your digital device and the physical print, though we use professional-grade color management to ensure the highest fidelity.
Hanging Hardware: Prints are provided with a professional two-point sawtooth hanging system. Lens & Lines is not responsible for damage caused by improper wall installation or the use of third-party hanging wires.

Because each piece is custom-printed and inspected to order, all sales are final.

Damaged Shipments: If your print arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence of the packaging and the print so we can initiate a replacement.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Minnesota.
